F12, the fastest Ferrari ever arrives

Presented on the official Ferrari website, the new supercar – the curtain will rise on the F12 at the Geneva Motor Show – will have a maximum power of 740hp and will reach 340km/h.

She will be the queen of the Geneva Motor Show. She's the new one Ferrari Berlinetta F12, presented in preview on the official website of the Maranello house. The model, which will replace the 599 Fiorano as the most performing product in the range, has staggering characteristics: "It will be the most powerful road-going Ferrari ever made" and there is no doubt about it. The V12 engine has 740hp of maximum power (2,1 Kg x Cv, 118Cv/l of specific power), torque of 690Nm, will make the racing car arrive from 0 to 100 in 3,13 seconds. The maximum speed of the F12 will be 340 km/h.

The F12 Berlinetta represents a decisive step forward compared to its heir, in its design the Maranello engineers made extensive use of the experience gained in the racing world. The most relevant novelty is the engine that will be located in the front. The design, the result of the collaboration between the Ferrari Style Center and Pininfarina, makes the F12 a gloomy compact that does not give up the sinuosity of the line. The chassis created by Scaglietti will be made up of 12 aluminum alloys with unprecedented solutions for motoring.

The supercar, presented on the website in the brand new triple layer red berlinetta colour, also manages to be green: consumption is reduced by 30% compared to the 599 with emissions dropping to 350 g/km.
