The Board of Directors of Exprivia, a company listed on the MTA market of Borsa Italiana, examined the information on management data as at 30 September 2020, however being unable to approve the interim management report as at 30 September 2020 due to the well-known events affecting the subsidiary Italtel. In such a situation and in order to be able to inform the market regarding the performance of the main components of the Exprivia Group, the Board of Directors of Exprivia has decided to also authorize the release to the market of management data relating to the third quarter of 2020.
The IT operating sector, i.e. the perimeter of the Exprivia Group net of the subsidiary Italtel SpA, closes on 30 September 2020 with slightly increased revenues of Euro 119,8 million, compared to 118,8 million in the same period of 2019 with an increase of approximately 1 million equal to 0,8%. From the point of view of margins, 30 September 2020 closed with an Ebitda of Euro 14,3 million compared to Euro 11,3 million in the same period of 2019, with an increase of approximately 3 million equal to 26,4%.
Pre-tax profit almost doubles to Euro 7,0 million, compared to Euro 3,8 million in the same period of 2019 without considering the write-down of the investment in Italtel, already accounted for in the previous year, with an increase of approximately 3,2 million equal to 84,8%. The net financial position as at 30 September 2020 is equal to Euro -49,6 million compared to Euro -43,9 million as at 31 December 2019.
