Good or bad, as long as we talk about it. Starting from this assumption, it can certainly be said that theUniversal Exposition of Milan is a success, at least as far as social networks are concerned, where the Expo remains one of the most popular and popular topics, not only in Italy.
According to web tracking by Reputation Manager, from May 1st to June 12th would be 450.560 tweets, sent by over 100 thousand users, concerning “Expo2015” which, with around 439.000 tweets, is the most used hashtag to comment on the event. On Facebook 1 million 700 thousand users follow official and unofficial pages dedicated to the event, an 8% increase compared to a month ago.
As for the sentiment of the web towards the Universal Exposition, the percentage of positive opinions is growing (to 36% against 13% in the December-May survey), while the share of neutrals is decreasing (to 21% from 43%) and remains substantially stable the share of negatives, at 43%.
