The acquisitions of Exor. Indeed, after PartnerRe, Almacantar, the English real estate company controlled by the Agnelli family safe, bought the real estate site called One and Two Southbank Place, located in the heart of London.

The complex, one of the most famous and best located in the English capital, is located on the south bank of the Thames, opposite the British Parliament. Almacantar has purchased two lots of the entire area which will be used for commercial use for a total of 572.6165 square feet (more than 174 square meters).

In detail, the One South Bank Place lot consists of an area of ​​273 square feet, the office area of ​​which has been leased to Shell, while the ground floor provides additional space for shops. Lot Two South Bank Place, on the other hand, is an area of ​​over 297 square feet that will be leased to shops and commercial businesses.
