If Trieste, Bologna and Bolzano are the provinces most loyal to the tax authorities, the provinces of Crotone, Catania and Ragusa are those most at risk of tax evasion. This was stated by an elaboration by the CGIA of Mestre based on a Unioncamere del Veneto source.
The CGIA has outlined the risk of evasion present throughout the national territory. The result of this elaboration, comments Giuseppe Bortolussi secretary of the CGIA, was obtained by making the difference between the level of disposable income of the families of each province and the data obtained from the average of some sub-indicators which identify the real level of well-being of a territory. Basically, where lifestyle exceeds disposable income, there is a well-founded hypothesis of a territory with a high risk of evasion.
