Reassuring signals from industry in the Eurozone, which grows more than expected in March. According to data released by Eurostat, in fact, production recorded an increase of 1,4% on an annual basis after the +0,2% recorded in February. In comparison with the previous month, however, production grew by 0,8%, after -0,4% in February, and against the expectations of analysts who spoke of an increase limited to 0,5%.
Among the sectors, the strongest increase in production is that recorded in energy, with a plus 2,5%. Good growth also for non-durable consumer goods, +2,1%.
