The situation of European and Italian manufacturing is improving. The PMI manufacturing index of the Eurozone elaborated by Markit, in fact, recorded a slight increase in June, passing from 48,3 to 48,8 points. This figure is just above the consensus at 48,7 points, but below the fateful quota of 50 points, which mark the demarcation line between expansion and contraction of economic activity.
