The climate of economic confidence in Europe is improving. The Esi index (Economic sentiment indicator), which records the assessment of the business and consumer economy, showed signs in May a growth of 0,8 points in the Eurozone, settling at 89,4 points, while in the EU the increase was 1,1 points up to 90,8.
The Esi indicator, after the setback in April, has resumed the growth trend started since last autumn.
