There was a sharp slowdown in the month of September for the construction sector, whose production on a monthly basis fell by 1,4% in the Eurozone and by 1,8% in the Europe of 27 states. This was communicated by Eurostat, which specifies that the contraction of the sector is up year-on-year basis was even deeper: -2,6% in the euro area, -5,8% in the EU27.
