ESCP Europe Torino Campus launches three new post-graduate Masters

The ESCP Europe Torino Campus launches three new post-graduate Masters, focused on three Italian excellences: Master in Food Management, Master in Hospitality Management, Master in Luxury & Design Management.

The first, in Food Management, was born as part of the Expo2015 theme "Feeding the planet Energy for life", and aims to train a new generation of managers capable of bringing a further boost towards excellence and efficiency to the Food sector.

The second, in Hospitality Management, has the objective of developing the professionalism necessary to make a leap in the quality of hospitality in our country and thus contribute to bringing it back to the levels of absolute excellence that are its own.

The third, in Luxury & Design Management, will train managers capable of bringing further impetus to a sector in which Italy is at the absolute top in the world.

The three Masters have the duration of one year, are dedicated to graduate students who want to specialize in these fields at an international level and foresee the attendance at two of the five campuses of ESCP Europe.

“Italy has in its culture and architectural, artistic and landscape riches an unattainable heritage for any other nation. The Federturismo data, on the other hand, are disappointing: our country has dropped from fourth to sixth place among international tourist destinations and the forecasts are far from positive" - says Prof. Francesco Profumo, President of ESCP Europe Turin Campus –. “It is to help reverse this trend that we are launching the new Masters in Food Management and Hospitality Management, which we also add to the Masters in Luxury & Design Management, another sector which, despite being at the top of the world, has, in our opinion, wide margins of improvement. The City of Turin, engine of Italian renewal, is the most favorable terrain for the development of the project”, continues Profumo. “Activation in the 2015/16 academic year, coinciding with Expo 2015, has a particular significance because the approximately 20.000.000 visitors will have appreciated our country and will be 'ambassadors' of the Italian Style – he concludes Bouquet – ESCP Europe presents itself in the Piedmont system as an academic institution active in professional training and in the promotion of the Expo-ExTo brand".

"With the new Masters we want to give a qualitative boost to strategic sectors for the development of the country, creating professionalism in the sector" - says Prof. Francesco Rattalino, General Manager of ESCP Europe Torino Campus – “The international training course that we offer to our students will allow them to deal with realities that are very different from the Italian one and to acquire cutting-edge vision, strategies and operating methods, thanks to which they will certainly have a at the forefront in the strategic evolution and development of food, tourism and luxury, Italian and beyond.”
