The boom in the scrapping of tax records has led Equitalia to keep its branches open to the public even in the afternoon until 21 April - Here is the list of open branches

Equitalia branches also open in the afternoon until 21 April 2017 to give maximum assistance to all taxpayers interested in the facilitated definition, the so-called scrapping of folders provided for by law decree n. 193/2016 converted with amendments by Law no. 225/2016. This is what Equitalia itself says.

After the publication of the decree law n. 36/2017, which extended the deadline for adhering to the facilitated definition from 31 March to 21 April next, the managing director of Equitalia, Ernesto Maria Ruffini, in agreement with the social partners, arranged to extend the afternoon opening - up to 15,15 pm – in 15 locations that register a higher turnout of taxpayers.

In addition to the 7 branches that have already been open in the afternoon since 2016 – Rome (via Colombo, via Benigni and via Aurelia), Naples (corso Meridionale), Milan (viale dell'Innovazione and via Lario) and Turin (via Alfieri) – there are 15 the other branches involved, where the opening hours have been extended until 15.15 pm as early as Monday 6 March, namely: Padua, Bologna, Florence and, with cash operations until 13.15 pm, Bari (via Marin), Perugia, Naples ( viale Kennedy and via San Gennaro al Vomero), Caserta, Salerno, Cagliari (via Giorgio Asproni), Sassari, Catanzaro, Cosenza, Crotone and Reggio Calabria and a further 7 locations, where several days of weekly opening have been scheduled Fermo, Chioggia ( Venice), Montebelluna (Treviso), Tolmezzo (Udine), Empoli (Florence), Ariano Irpino (Avellino) then Torre del Greco (Naples) and, finally, Lagonegro in the province of Potenza.
