It becomes even easier to access the services of Equitalia. From May 2 you can use Spid credentials to verify one's debt situation, pay bills and notices, request installments of up to 50 thousand euros, suspend collection and verify the existence of any procedures in progress.
Equitalia has in fact joined the new public digital identity system which will allow citizens and businesses to access all the online services of the public administrations and adhering businesses with unique credentials.
However, citizens can continue to access the reserved area of the site www.gruppoequitalia.it according to the methods already provided, or with the same credentials valid for using the online services of the Revenue Agency or INPS. It is also possible to access using a smartcard that meets the requirements of the National Service Card (CNS).
EQUITALIA'S ONLINE SERVICES
The reserved area of the website www.gruppoequitalia.it allows you to carry out various activities:
- Check your debt situation in real time relating to payment notices and notices, the installment plan, the presence of provisions or procedures (relieves, detentions, mortgages, etc.). Directly from this area is also possible pay outstanding debts.
– Send a request for installments of debts up to 50 thousand euros and receive the deferral plan with the related payment slips.
– Submit the application for suspend collection if you believe you do not have to pay the requested amounts pending verifications by the creditor institution.
