After launching in May in some sample cities, the new service is being rolled out across Italy to 46 cities. Over 65 taxpayers who turned to Equitalia in 2015 were 500, 10% of total visitors

Equitalia after launching in May in some sample cities, a new service channel to help senior tax payers opens throughout Italy. From today, Monday 25 July, the counter "+65", the new service wanted by the managing director of the group, Ernesto Maria Ruffini, which wants to be a sort of preferential lane reserved for people over sixty-five years of age and their spouses. A "gate" where you can receive assistance more targeted to your needs, clarify doubts, have all the information on installments, repayments, detentions or mortgages and to learn about the self-protection tools provided for by the regulations.

After the success recorded in the cities where, starting from last May, it had been activated, the new assistance channel is therefore extended to all of Italy and in particular to 46 city including Aosta, Genoa, Bologna, Pescara, L'Aquila, Udine, Venice, Reggio Calabria. At the same time, the presence of +65 in Rome (offices in via Colombo and via Aurelia), Turin (via Alfieri and via Alassio) and Naples (viale Kennedy, corso Meridionale, via San Gennaro al Vomero) was integrated and completed.

The +65 service is carried out during the usual opening hours of the Equitalia offices within the "Sportello Amico" which provides targeted assistance for particular cases. At the counter “+65” it is possible to execute all operations, except payments which can be made, as well as at Equitalia cash desks, also externally using the other available channels: post offices, bank branches, Sisal and Lottomatica points, tobacconists and the website www.gruppoequitalia.it on which the list is published complete with +65 branches in Italy.

The project is intended for over 65 who represent about 10% of the 5 million tax payers who visited the group's 2015 branches in Italy in 203 and intends to be a further step towards the continuous improvement of the relationship between Equitalia and citizens, also designed to meet the needs of those who are less familiar with the use of digital tools.
