First day of life for Equiclick, the Equitalia app which is now available on the Android, Apple and Microsoft stores. This is a new digital tool that debuts together with the Group's web portal.
Equiclick, developed for smartphones and tablets, allows you to always have your situation under control, pay bills and notices, suspend collections and locate the nearest branch. It is also possible to obtain the installment payment of your debt with just a few clicks, but only for amounts not exceeding 50 thousand euros. It's like having the services of the classic Equitalia counter in your pocket.
Equiclick is divided into two areas. The first does not require credentials to access it and, with the "pay online" function, it allows you to pay folders and notices using a credit or debit card. Just as, in "find the counter", you can quickly locate the closest Equitalia office, also with the opening hours to the public.
As for thereserved area, using your personal credentials (tax code, password and pin provided by the Agenzia delle Entrale) you can check your situation relating to folders and payment notices in real time. Here you can select from the list of your documents those you want to pay, generate the Rav bulletin code with the updated amount and settle the debt.
Also within the reserved area, it is possible to consult the list of documents eligible for installments and select them, obtain the installment payment and, if desired, start paying immediately, also by storing the installment due dates on the calendar of the smartphone or tablet. If you believe you do not have to pay the requested amounts, you have the option of sending the application to suspend the collection pending the verifications of the creditor institution, with the tools provided for by the regulations.
