Equitalia: stop at 380 folders at Christmas

Equitalia proclaims the Christmas truce. And it suspends the execution of almost all the collection acts. This was decided by the managing director of the public company, Ernesto Maria Ruffini, who will allow thousands of Italians not to have bad surprises under the tree, at least until the Epiphany.

From 24 December to 8 January 2017, just under 450 folders were expected to be sent. "It is not and cannot be - they explain from Equitalia - a total block as some so-called mandatory acts will still be notified even during these two weeks, even if mostly through certified e-mail".

Let's get to the numbers of the "zero bills" operation, implemented by the Equitalia Collection Services led by the general manager Adelfio Moretti. The initiative provides for the suspension – in the 15 days of Christmas – of the notification of 375.518 deeds (the mandatory ones are a few thousand).
