After approving the price range for the IPO last November 10, Equita Group announced that it had submitted to Borsa Italiana SpA the application for admission functional to the admission to trading of the Company's ordinary shares on AIM Italia.
The investment bank active in brokerage and consultancy services will therefore be listed in the segment dedicated to the best small and medium-sized enterprises. The Milanese company had started the preliminary activities for listing on the Aim segment at the beginning of October. This is a larger project, which provides for the landing on the Star segment at a later time.
