Yet another about-face by Berlusconi: "After the sentence I am forced to stay on the field"

“After the conviction I feel obliged to remain in the field to reform the planet justice so that other citizens do not understand what happened to me. Yet another about-face by Berlusconi: "After the sentence I am forced to stay on the field"

Silvio Berlusconi could not really be more fluctuating than this. Today the former prime minister made another about-face by espousing Santanché's radical line: "After the conviction, I feel obliged to take the field again to reform the planet of justice because other citizens do not understand what happened to me". Then he thundered: “It's a truly incredible sentence: perhaps Judge Davossa was biased against me”.

At 17 in a press conference, Berlusconi clarified that, however, will not run for prime minister but that the PDL will hold the primaries to choose who opposes Bersani. His attacks on Germany's restrictive policy, on Merkel and Sarkozy but also on the Monti government, the Quirinale, Parliament, the Constitutional Court and the De Benedetti group were very harsh.

The reaction of the magistrates lasts with the ANM replying: "We forcefully reject attacks and offenses".

On the political level, happy Daniela Santanché, pasionaria of the PDL, who says she is "happy that Berlusconi has accepted our appeal to return to the field". Instead, the Speaker of the Chamber Gianfranco Fini is ironic: "Today's declaration by Berlusconi is different from yesterday's: let's wait to see what tomorrow's will be"
