Eni e GasEarth have reached an agreement on price revisions to an existing long-term Dutch gas supply contract between the two companies. Eni communicates it in a note.
Under the agreement, Eni will obtain a significant reduction in the supply price and a modification of its indexing formula, which includes a component linked to the reference hub.
The agreement - we read - "represents a further important step in the area of the activity started by Eni aimed at aligning its long-term supply contracts with the new market conditions".
This morning in Piazza Affari, Eni's share gains 0,4%.
