Eni, half Treasury stake to CDP

The Treasury is considering transferring half of its stake (4,34%) in Eni to Cassa depositi e prestiti to obtain around one billion euros which would add to the billion obtainable from the sale of Enav also to the CDP

Treasury maneuvering its holdings to adjust the accounts and fully achieve the objectives of the Def also in relation to privatizations.

The international agency Bloomberg has relaunched, without being denied, the rumor according to which the Treasury is about to sell to Cassa depositi e prestiti (Cdp) half of its stake in Eni, which today is equal to 4,34% of the group's capital energetic. In doing so, the Treasury would collect around one billion euros, leaving Eni's control in safe hands.

The operation on ENI would also add to the sale of the Treasury's entire stake in ENAV (53,37% of the share capital of the company that controls air traffic) for an amount of 1,1 billion euros.
