Small changes in the shareholding structure of Eni. The president of the company Emma Marcegaglia, in fact, at the end of August it purchased around 29 shares of the Cane a seilegge in the course of three separate transactions. The total value of the acquisitions was equal to 425 thousand euros, as disclosed in an internal dealing press release of the company itself.
In July, on the other hand, the former president of Confindustria had sold about a thousand shares of Eni for a value of around 14.500 euros.
