Eni sells 12,5% ​​of Saipem to FSI for 463 million

Eni and FSI announce that the consideration for the purchase of the 12,5% ​​stake in Saipem will be equal to 463.238.681,60 euros. A joint note reads in relation to the purchase agreement signed a few days ago on the sale by Eni to FSI, subject to the occurrence of certain conditions precedent, of a stake in Saipem's capital of 55.176.364 ordinary shares, equal to 12,5% ​​of the share capital plus one share. The price of each Saipem ordinary share purchased by FSI, the note specifies, will therefore be equal to 8,3956 euros.
