(Teleborsa) – Eni will distribute to shareholders an interim dividend on 2016 of 0,4 euro for each outstanding share on the ex-dividend date of 19 September with payment on 21 September.
This was decided today by the Board of Directors, as anticipated to the market on 29 July last on the occasion of the publication of the results for the second quarter.
Holders of ADRs registered by 20 September, listed on the New York Stock Exchange and each representing two ENI shares, will receive an interim dividend of 0,8 euro per ADR, payable on 7 October.
The interim dividend was resolved on the basis of the accounting situation of the parent company ENI as at 30 June drawn up in accordance with the Ifrs, which closes with a net profit of 2,9 billion euro.
The board of directors also appointed Diva Moriani as a member of the Control and Risk Committee to replace the director Karina Litvack.
