The Board of Directors of Eni has decided to attribute to the shareholders of the company an interim dividend for 2015 of €0,40 per share outstanding on the ex-dividend date of 21 September 2015.
Il payment will be made on 23 September 2015, as announced on the occasion of the publication of the second quarterly.
Holders of ADRs registered by 22 September 2015, listed on the New York Stock Exchange and each representing two Eni shares, will receive an interim dividend of €0,80 per ADR, payable on 7 October
