The Italian strategic fund, controlled by the CDP, will buy the 12,5% that Eni holds in Saipem for 463 million. This is what can be read in a joint note from Eni and FSI.
The two companies add that the price of each Saipem ordinary share purchased by FSI will therefore be equal to 8,3956 euros, a value included in the minimum (7,4000 euros) and maximum (8,8300 euros) price range identified by the parties .
