Engineering concluded the acquisition of Mht, a company active in the implementation of Erp and Crm Microsoft Dynamics products, which can count on 9,4 million in annual revenues and a workforce of approximately 90 people. The agreement provides for an investment of between 4,5 and a maximum of 6 million euros.
Secondo Paul Pandozy, CEO of the company Italian leader in the sector of software and IT services, the acquisition of Mht represents "a further step towards the differentiation and innovation of the offer" by Engineering, which proposes itself "to the market as a reliable partner for SMEs with a suite of agile products cutting-edge technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics and an increased capacity to support globalization processes”.
Franco Coin, CEO of Mht is also satisfied: “The acquisition strengthens the business model and the MHT brand. The synergy between the excellence of Mht and the managerial and technical structures of Engineering, in particular the network of its data centers, guarantees new growth opportunities".
