New partnership between Enel X and E-Gap, the first mobile, on-demand and sustainable charging operator for electric cars in Europe. Now even JuicePass customers will be able to enjoy the services offered by the Italian startup and no longer have a "flat battery". Through the homonymous app, you can receive a top-up at home, at the "fast charge" level ed performed via a zero-emission pickup truck.
Customers who need to recharge their car, but who do not have sufficient autonomy to reach the nearest Enel X charging station or their home, simply open the JuicePass application, which allows them to manage all the charging services on public infrastructures and private, so as to automatically enter into contact with the world of E-GAP.
By accessing the dedicated area, the customer after choosing the most appropriate rate for his needs - Small, Medium or Large - can request the intervention of an E-GAP van capable of supplying him with the necessary charge anywhere within the operational area. Furthermore, through the application, it will be possible to track the arrival of the van in real time. Since 2019 active in Milan and Rome, but will soon be available in many other Italian cities.
E-GAP offers other additional services, such as the sanctification of the passenger compartment and the emergency reactivation of the electric vehicle, without the need for the presence of the applicant.
Furthermore, Enel X will offer the first top-up with the Italian startup to the first 400 customers who will use the promo code they will receive via email, so they will be able to take advantage of a free intervention chosen from the E-GAP rates.
