In fact, the Italian electricity giant has entered into exclusive negotiations with the Czech company Eph (Energetický a promyslový holding) as part of the process of divestment of the stake, equal to 66% of the share capital, in the Slovakian company.
Based on the outcome of these negotiations, Enel and Eph will be able to sign a sales contract in the coming weeks.
