Enel rises in the capital of the Brazilian Eletropaulo. In a note, the group communicates that, during the 30 days following the conclusion of the voluntary takeover bid, Enel Sudeste acquired a further 19,9% ​​of the South American company, bringing its stake from 73,4% to 93,3%. The consideration paid by Enel for the purchase of the total stake in Eletropaulo amounts to approximately 7.069 million Brazilian reais (approximately 1.571 million euros).

In addition to the consideration, Enel Sudeste's commitment to subscribe to an upcoming capital increase in Eletropaulo for at least 1.500 million reais (about 333 million euros), of which 900 million reais (about 200 million euros) has already been paid into account future increase.
