Enel, Luca D'Agnese new head of Latin America

He takes the place of Luigi Ferraris. Roberto Deambrogio replaces D'Agnese in Eastern Europe. The BoD also authorizes a new bond issue of up to 1 billion euro

Enel, Luca D'Agnese new head of Latin America

Enel has decided. Luca D'Agnese will be the new head of the Latin America area with effect from next January 29th. He replaces Luigi Ferraris who resigned a few days ago. In place of D'Agnese, Roberto Deambrogio will instead become head for Eastern Europe.

The appointments were launched today by the board of directors chaired by Patrizia Grieco.
 Francesco Starace, managing director and general manager of Enel, in assigning the new assignments, underlined that “Luca D'Agnese has consolidated experience in the sector and has done an excellent job at the head of the Eastern Europe area, boosting to the process of divestiture of assets in that region. Roberto Deambrogio knows the Eastern European markets well having led the business of renewables in those geographical areas.”

 The BoD also approved a new authorization for the issue, by 31 December 2015, of one or more bond loans, for a total maximum principal amount equal to the equivalent of 1 billion euro.
