Enel, communication is podcast: Spotify channel open

Would you inform yourself on the topics of sustainability and the energy transition through a podcast? If you wish, from today there is one more option: Enel launches its new profile on Spotify, the most popular audio streaming platform in the world with over 345 million users, of which 10 million in Italy alone. On this channel, which will be managed in a collaborative and open way, thus welcoming user contributions, there will be not only in-depth podcasts but also interviews and even music playlists. In fact, Enel's goal is to intercept the younger public, the so-called digital natives or even better "sustainability natives", as defined by one of the commitments set by the UN for the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

In the podcasts, also thanks to the testimonies of external experts, Enel intends to explore more strategic issues for business but also of socio-cultural relevance, with particular attention to sustainability and innovation through thematic sections. In the first podcast, Open Power Talks, Enel Italia tells the energy of tomorrow: stories of people, electrification, innovation, circular economy, renewables as levers "to accelerate an energy transition that is fair for all and leaves no one behind". A channel which is also open to the exclusive contents of Enel Radio, the Group's internal web radio which broadcasts to more than 30.000 colleagues in Italy every day. The new communication channel, also supported by the boom of the ClubHouse app, is therefore increasingly linked to audio and not just to texts and videos.

To make your profile even more enjoyable, Enel has decided that users will find music playlists developed in a new collaborative and open way, so they will be able to contribute by adding the songs they prefer and which, according to their tastes, best represent a certain focus. "A sound experience to be ever closer to people by accompanying them in their daily lives", says the energy group in a statement.
