Alberto De Paoli is the new president of Enel Green Power. The board of directors of the company, which met today, acknowledged the resignation presented by Luigi Ferraris from the office of director and chairman following the new role assumed in the group and co-opted De Paoli as director, resolving the appointment of chairman of the board of administration.
De Paoli currently holds the position of Head of the administration, finance and control function (cfo) of Enel. The board thanked Ferraris for the work done. Ferraris leaves office after taking on the role of new head of Enel's Latin America Area.
