Armani has resigned as CEO of Iren, the official announcement came this morning. The Head of Administration, Finance and Control and Chief Financial Officer changes: Stephen DeAngelis takes the place of Albert DePaoli who assumed the positions of Head of North America and Head of Latin America. Francesco Puntillo becomes Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs.
Who is Stefano De Angelis, Enel's new CFO
Stefano De Angelis, graduated in economics and commerce at the "La Sapienza" University of Rome, began his career as a financial controller in Fiat. He then held the position of CFO in Telecom Italia and in various companies of the Tlc group. His curriculum is enriched with significant experience in asset management and extraordinary finance, both nationally and internationally.
