Expressions of interest will be subjected to a preliminary check by Enel, aimed at ascertaining possession of the minimum requirements for participation. Upon passing this selection, it will be possible for the pre-qualified subjects to participate in the second phase of the procedure which provides for the sending of binding offers, containing a project proposal for the redevelopment of the area and a business plan including an economic offer for the site acquisition; the deadline of the second phase, together with the modalities with which to carry it out, will be communicated to the pre-qualified subjects. The proposals received will be evaluated by a technical commission, with the participation of representatives of the Politecnico di Milano, technical partner of the Futur-e project, as well as local institutions, which will verify the suitability of the solutions presented for the redevelopment and valorisation of the area, with particular attention to the opportunities and needs of the local community, already explored also by means of a targeted listening plan, and to specific requirements of sustainability, feasibility, economic parameters and employment effects.
