Enel's Board of Directors yesterday examined the updates to the plan to sell the group's equity investments in Eastern Europe, announced to the market on July 10, 2014.
Also in the light of the strategic lines underlying the new business plan which will be presented to the financial community on 19 March, the Board of Directors has agreed to suspend the process of transferring the distribution and sales assets held in Romania and to continue the process of transferring the generation assets owned in Slovakia.
