With these numbers, the company continues its journey towards the listing of 49% of the capital which should take place in June, markets permitting.

The consolidated operating result (Ebit) was equal to 93,4 million euros, with an increase of 27,9% compared to the 73,1 million euros of the previous year. Financial management was positive for 2,3 million euros, compared to a negative value of 5,6 million euros recorded in 2014.

“The 2015 results highlight the solid growth trend of the ENAV Group – commented the CEO Roberta Neri – which consolidates its role as primary operator among European service providers. Thanks to these performances, we are building the solid foundations for the company's listing project. Our commitment will continue in strengthening the regulated activity, with the completion and improvement of the infrastructures supporting the management and control of air traffic, and with the rationalization of processes and operating costs”.

According to Neri, “the use of new technological platforms, in addition to the work of optimizing management activities, will make it possible to achieve increasingly challenging performance objectives to contribute to the development of national and European air transport. This positioning will also allow us to seize the additional opportunities of the non-regulated market".

At the beginning of the month, the company's assembly gave the green light to the listing project
