IDS AirNav, a company controlled by Enav, was awarded a contract worth around 600.000 euros by the Ministry of Defense - Command of Aeronautics - CISCEA, the service provider for air traffic control in Brazil. Enav itself communicates it.

In particular, IDS AirNav will provide the license management platform and the services of ICE (Integrated Cartographic Environment), an aeronautical cartography system capable of producing and managing aeronautical charts relating to flight and route procedures for publication in the AIP (Integrated Aeronautical Information Package). 

CISCEA uses the IDS AirNav AIM (Aeronautical Information Manual) for the design and validation of flight procedures, the simulation and electromagnetic analysis of radio aids, cartography, publication and management of all information useful for air navigation , from flight plans to the various bulletins that are issued. 

IDS AirNav is the ENAV Group company that supplies the world of air traffic control and airports with services, systems and software that support their transition from Aeronautical Information Management Services (AIS) to Aeronautical Information Management (AIM) in full compliance with the ICAO and EUROCONTROL mandates for Aeronautical Data Quality (ADQ).
