The Assembly of TechnoSky, which met today in Rome, appointed the members of the new Board of Directors, for the three-year period 2017-2019, in the persons of Roberta Neri (Chairman), Massimo Bellizzi and Luca Colman (Directors). The new Board of Directors met afterwards and appointed Massimo Bellizzi as Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
However, all members of the new Techno Sky board of directors: Neri, Bellizzi and Colman maintain their respective roles in Enav as Chief Executive Officer, General Manager and Head of Administration, Finance and Control.
The new BoD was appointed in line with the organizational and operational integration process between Enav and Techno Sky. Techno Sky is the logistics and maintenance company of the Enav Group which ensures full operational efficiency and complete availability - without interruption - of the systems, systems and software used for air traffic control in Italy.
