Enav asks to be listed on Borsa Italiana

Enav presented the request for release of the admissibility judgment for listing on Borsa Italiana and, at the same time, filed the registration document with Consob for approval. This was announced in a press release by the National Flight Assistance Agency.

The quotation, which falls within the government privatization plan, concerns 49% of the capital of the Italian company that manages national air traffic control.

2015 was a record year for Enav, which recorded 66,1 million euros in consolidated net profit (+65,2%), a result made possible also by the 10% reduction in costs, obtained from the review of external contracts management and maintenance. This performance could yield the State an extraordinary dividend of 400 million euros.
