Municipal elections: the final results city by city

The Movimento 5 Stelle collects a clear success in Rome with Virginia Raggi and a good second place in Turin with Chiara Appendino. The Pd holds in the Capital, where Roberto Giachetti goes to the ballot overtaking Giorgia Meloni, and presents himself in the second round with a solid advantage in Turin and Bologna, respectively with Piero Fassino and Virginio Merola. The center-right collapses in Rome with Marchini, but gives battle in Milan, where Stefano Parisi closes the first round just behind the dem Giuseppe Sala, with whom he will predictably give life to one of the tightest ballots. In Naples De Magistris is well ahead of Lettieri, while Valente (Pd) misses the appointment with the second round. This is the picture with which the first round of administrative elections in the main Italian cities closes. The appointment with the decisive vote is for Sunday 19 June.
