With these reasons theAntitrust has taken a precautionary measure against Easy Energy – manager operating in the free energy market in Italy with headquarters in Padua – temporarily suspending any action aimed at activating electricity and gas supply contracts through teleselling (specific service that sells your products or services directly to the customer by telephone) , in the absence of a corresponding manifestation of will of the consumer or following misleading information, omissions of information and undue conditioning.
In addition, the Antitrust Authority has suspended requests for payment and the disconnection of supplies pending complaints with the precautionary measure.
"Following the analysis of the reports and of the documentation acquired during the inspection conducted after the start of the procedure, the Authority considered that the conditions existed for the seriousness and relevance of the practices contested at the start", underlined the Authority.
Within 10 days, Facile Energy will have to communicate the measures adopted to suspend these practices.
