For Grillo, the 5% barrier and the division between proportional seats and single-member constituencies are essential, but the parliamentary path of the new law will not be easy. We saw it today at the Constitutional Affairs Commission of the Chamber where 780 amendments have already arrived.
Next Tuesday the law arrives in the Montecitorio hall.
