Unicredit has granted a loan of 700 thousand euros to CEF Publishing spa, as part of the Social Impact Banking program launched by the bank to respond to the measures contained in the Government's Liquidity decree.

The purpose of the funding is to support investments for the growth of CEF Publishing (belonging to the Ebano group founded by Carlo Robiglio), a company that deals with the design and implementation of distance and e-learning professional courses which in 2019 obtained the Elite certification, the Borsa Italiana program for high-potential SMEs.

"The objective of the 60-month loan is to promote the increase in the social and work inclusion of people in situations of hardship through the enrichment of the training offer of CEF Publishing", explains Unicredit in a note.

In fact, the institute led by Jean Pierre Mustier underlines that, through the Pay for success mechanism, it will recognize an additional benefit of 20 thousand euros to achieve objectives of social and work inclusion and to increase the level of education.

“With this funding – he comments Fabrizio Simonini, regional manager North West Unicredit – we want to contribute in a concrete way to the development of the communities in which we operate, with particular attention to realities that have a positive social impact. In fact, through our Social Impact Banking, we have come to the forefront to support the restart of our country, after the health emergency, within the initiatives related to the Liquidity Decree, with a commercial offer dedicated to certain businesses, profits and non-profit, active in the social field. We are convinced that the proximity to the territory is also manifested through initiatives such as this one and the Novara community will certainly be able to benefit from it".
