Hey Towers officially renounces the takeover bid on Rai Way. The board of directors of the company that includes the Mediaset Towers, which met yesterday, decided to give up Rai Way, explaining in a note that "the conditions for the continuation" of the offer do not exist.
Ei Towers' decision comes above all in the light of the press release dated April 16 in which Rai had declared that it "would not accept the offer promoted by EI Towers in any way, even following the modification made".
Yesterday's Board also confirmed the company's managing directors Guido Barbieri and Valter Gottardi.
