Ei Towers: Board under investigation for insider trading in the Rai Way case

The case concerns the launch of a public purchase and exchange offer carried out in February by Ei Towers against Ray Way. The subsidiary of Mediaset aimed for the absolute majority of the company listed by Rai only a short time before, but the Renzi government he had immediately indicated that 51% of Raiway should remain in public hands. On April 17, Ei Towers then renounced the operation and any proposed offer. Now the Milanese magistrates are aiming to clarify whether there have been irregularities in the company's conduct in terms of market manipulation crimes.

Meanwhile, at Piazza Affari Ei Towers drops by 0,3%, to 54,95 euros, while Raiway gains 0,7%, to 4,44 euros.
