Day of extreme volatility for the stock of Mediaset on the Stock Exchange. After the definitive condemnation of Silvio Berlusconi and the dissemination of the company's half-yearly accounts, this morning the shares of the Alfa Romeo opened with a decline of more than four points, the worst of the entire Ftse Mib.
Scambi very intense at the start, with almost 1,9 million pieces changed hands in a few minutes. In the subsequent stages, however, Mediaset first recovered the entire loss – even earning one point – then returned to negative territory again, albeit recording a more contained decline compared to the opening (-1,2 to a 'time since opening %).
The verdict that arrived last night from the Cassation weighs heavily on the entire Berlusconi galaxy today in Piazza Affari: Mediolanum (-1,04%) and Mondadori (-2,50%) are also in negative territory.
