Edison underwrote a short-term loan agreement for an amount of 500 million euros with a pool of banks made up of Banca Imi, Bbva, Bnp Paribas-Bnl, Credit Agricole, Mediobanca and UniCredit. “With this new line of credit – explains the company in a note – Edison further strengthens its degree of financial flexibility”.

In detail, the credit line, organized in the form of a Club Deal without subsequent syndication activity, provides for uses on a revolving basis, without guarantees. The operation is part of the broader refinancing plan, launched last April with the signing of two loans, for a total of 1.400 million, granted to Edison by Eed Group companies.

Edison Risparmio stock recorded an increase, in the morning, almost 0,9%.
