Edison, Delmi-EDF agreement at the door

The agreement for Edison is in the pipeline. Edf and Delmi (which brings together the Italian shareholders) are finalizing the agreement which should provide for the passage of the 30% of Edison to the French and the entire Edipower to the national consortium led by A2A. An official communication could arrive as early as the morning, even if, from what we learn, the knot of the price would not have been completely resolved yet. No small detail: 10% of Edison remains out of the peace in the hands of Romain Zaleski's Tassara, or rather one of the most painful thorns for the creditor Banca Intesa.

Meanwhile, the Foro Buonaparte company has fallen into the hell of junk bonds. She decided it Fitch, who downgraded the company to BB-, after the umpteenth postponement of the agreement that was registered last week. The news, while awaited, nonetheless had the effect of speeding up the terms of the agreement between the litigants, the first test case for the new Minister of Economic Development Corrado Passera.
