Edipower targeted by some international funds. This is what was reported by the chairman of the management board of A2A, Giuliano Zuccoli, on the sidelines of a meeting with the top management of Iren. “We have expressions of interest – explained Zuccoli – from specialized international funds. Now it is premature to talk about it, let Consob and Antitrust pronounce themselves and then we will start working”.
Zuccoli also specified: “The fund would tend to enter with a capital increase and we would remain in the majority“. The funds involved, the chairman of the A2A board of directors reported, are "several: they have lit a light on Edipower which is viewed with interest: they could become shareholders".
