“On governance we are at a good point, the presidency of Edipower it will be up to Iren and the CEO a A2A. It seems to me a good solution”. This was announced by the general manager of Iren, Andrew Viero, at the end of the Board of Delmi, the holding that brings together the Italian shareholders of Foro Buonaparte, led by A2A. It will be them, according to the terms of theagreement reached with the French Edf on the Edison dossier, to control 100% of Edipower.
Today, the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of A2A gave the green light to the agreement, which also provides for the passage of a further 30% of Edison into the hands of the French. Immediately afterwards, Delmi's board of directors also approved the terms of the reorganisation.
