The assignment received for the maintenance of the Sagrada Familia, the historic and unfinished basilica in the heart of Barcelona, and for BuildingAcrobatics only the first step of an expansion project abroad and in particular in Spain. This is what the founder and CEO of EdiliziAcrobatica said, Richard Iovino, in a conversation with the weekly Milano Finanza. According to Iovino, it is no longer enough to have revenues doubled in one year and have seen grow the stock by 240%. on the Stock Exchange, EdiliziAcrobatica must now raise the bar and aim both at strengthening the Italian market and at expanding abroad, also through acquisitions already potentially identified, with Spain but also France e Germany on top of their plans for the immediate future.
“We want to duplicate the model perfected in Italy abroad – Iovino explained – by exporting our know-how in process management, sales network and marketing”.
In 2021 the company, which has applied mountaineering techniques to construction and is listed on the Milan and Paris stock exchanges, has already increased its revenues in the first six months (36,8 million, +96,8%) and is starting to exceed the psychological threshold of 100 million, but does not intend to stop. According to Iovino, “there is room to arrive up to one billion" of turnover.
Internationalization is a step in this direction, but not the only one. EdiliziAcrobatica intends to make a leap in quality and quantity also on the internal market in three ways: thanks to bonus for energy redevelopment and making buildings safe, intensifying relations with condominium administrators and directly reaching the end user.
If the projects are successful, upgrading also on the Stock Exchange is not excluded with the transition from Aim to the main price list of Piazza Affari.
